1. ITALIAN NIGHT — Serve spaghetti to the rest of the family, and swap out regular noodles for spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles for yourself. Even better, add extra veggies to the sauce! Little tip - if you use a food processor to chop the veggies, the rest of your family probably won’t even notice the extra veggies 😉
