Weight loss doesn't equal perfection

No one is PERFECT!

That's right even me... I am not PERFECT with my nutrition choices and I don't want my clients to be PERFECT either.

Instead, I’d rather have them eat nutritiously 80-90% than to aim for 100% perfection. It's just not sustainable for the long haul.

Many might think the goal I have for my clients is to eat nutritiously as much as possible and lose weight as fast as possible but that's not the case.

While eating at 80-90% nutritious, you’re still able to ENJOY and LIVE your life. I want my clients to learn the skills to be healthy long-term WITHOUT being miserable and feeling deprived for never enjoying chocolate or wine (or any of your other favorites foods/drinks).

My goal is for my clients to lead a life they LOVE, not a PERFECT one!

Being “perfect” with your nutrition isn’t realistic or sustainable...
