Trying to lose weight?!

Here’s my BEST piece of advice:

It’s going to be a MUCH slower process than you want.

Don’t deprive yourself along the journey and make it miserable. You CAN enjoy your favorite foods as long as the portions are in control and you eat REAL food most of the time.

You’re going to feel frustrated. You’re going to feel like it’s not working. You’re going to want to quit, but what’s MOST important is that you KEEP TAKING ACTION and showing up for yourself every. single. day!

As long as you never quit on yourself, I guarantee you will succeed!

What advice would YOU give someone trying to lose weight?!
