Truth bomb time!

In 5 years, it won’t matter what you weighed today, DATE!

Here’s what WILL matter in 5 years:

You’ve learned how to maintain a weight where you feel healthy, confident, and energized

You don’t feel deprived because you’ve learned how to incorporate your favorite foods and drinks into your life

You’re setting yourself up to lead a healthy life long-term because you know how to fuel your body with the proper nutrients you need to thrive

You’ve learned how to cope with stress, emotions, and boredom without food

You no longer feel guilt and shame while enjoying food. You’ve found true food freedom with ALL food choices, including nutritious and non-nutritious choices

You’ve learned how to incorporate healthy foods *most* of the time into your daily life without adding stress to your busy schedule

Sure, you can eat 800 calories a day, or eliminate all carbs, or never enjoy dessert again and drop 10 pounds quickly... But is that *REALLY* sustainable for the rest of your life?
