My 4-step process to make fat loss easier!

Losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult or complicated.

Heck, it can even by EASY as long as you’re patient & consistent, AND as long as you prioritize the best bang-for-your-buck actions.

Check out 4 my best tips to help make weight loss easier for you:

1. Plan *most* meals around a lean protein and a colorful vegetable. Healthy meals don’t need to be fancy or elaborate, but they DO need to be intentional. Choose a lean protein and pair it with a veggie and BOOM, you have a meal that’ll promote weight loss

2. Plan ahead for treats to help reduce cravings. Losing weight doesn’t mean you need to deprive yourself. You simply have to plan ahead for your FAV foods and drinks. Incorporate them sparingly (in appropriate portions) and you’ll notice less cravings.

3. Move your body! A 60-minute gym workout is awesome, but so is a 15-minute walk with your dog. Find a way that you enjoy moving your body and do it consistently. 

4. Find someone to help hold you accountable. The current research doesn’t lie friends. Recent studies by the American Society of Training and Development found that people are 65% likely to meet a goal after committing to another person. Their chances of success increase to 95% when they include meetings and check-ins to measure progress (which is exactly what I do in my coaching). Increase your chances of being successful by asking for help.
