HOW do I stay motivated to lose weight?!

THAT is the golden question.

I can’t tell you HOW many times that exact question pops into my inbox

Here’s the truth...

Motivation is something that we CREATE by taking action.

Let me explain:

You see, at some point along your weight loss journey, you will get sick and tired of your own BS And you DECIDE you want to change. That decision is the first action (yes mental actions count too!) that sparks motivation.

Once you spark motivation by taking action, you begin to see results. Seeing results only leads to MORE action, which produces even more motivation. It’s a continual cycle.

Will you ALWAYS feel motivated⁉️

Heck no!

But reminding yourself to take consistent action every single day towards your goals is one way to kickstart then feeling if you’ve lost it.
