Sure, you can't eat your favorite desserts with every single meal, but we will work together to create a nutrition and exercise plan that allows your to enjoy your favorite foods and drinks while still losing weight.

The exercise programs that are delivered to your email every day can be adjusted to ALL fitness levels and for ANY injury you may have... From beginners to experts... Bad knees to bad shoulders... I'll help you find a way to safely exercise while having FUN.

They are 100% online, which means that you can live ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and still lose weight with my support and motivation. All workouts, nutrition lessons, and habits are delivered to your email inbox every morning. You have the flexibility to complete your workouts and nutrition habits when you have time, on your own schedule.

Here's How My Weight Loss Coaching Programs Work:
Once we decide we're a good fit to work together, I will email you an intake form to complete. This form asks a variety of health and lifestyle questions, so that I can understand your goals, your priorities, and exactly where you're currently at with your health and fitness.
We will work together (either one-on-one or in a group setting, depending on which program you choose) to create small changes that lead to massive results. Current research suggests that focusing on ONE habit at a time leads to success over 85% of the time. Every two weeks, we will focus on a new nutrition habit. Nutrition habits and workouts are conveniently delivered to your email inbox every morning. Each daily habit and lesson only takes 10-15 minutes, so you can complete them throughout your day when it's convenient for you.
30-minute coaching calls, where we will discuss your weekly habits, and more importantly, your roadblocks, so that we are constantly in sync with each other, and progressing towards your weight loss goals together as a team. By discussing your roadblocks, we can work together to find ways to push through your setbacks. I provide different levels of support depending on what you need to help ensure that you lose the weight. Depending on the program that works best for YOU and your budget, I offer both individual and group coaching calls.
We’ll focus on your mindset… Which means we’ll learn about your current relationship with food and exercise. With different "homework" activities, we will get to the bottom of WHY you eat the way you do, so that you can make the lifestyle changes to lose weight and keep it off.
I get it... Struggles AND celebrations happen between coaching calls. That's why I include daily or weekly check-ins and support through Pro Coach Messenger and/or email and texting (depending on the program you choose), so you feel supported and motivated the entire time. I’ll help hold you accountable when life throws you a curveball, and will celebrate every win along your journey.
I believe you should have access to a knowledgeable coach to help with motivation and accountability WITHOUT breaking the bank. I offer both group and individual coaching programs to fit most budgets!
