A year's worth of habits, workouts, support, motivation, and accountability.

The complete Gold Weight Loss Program is a 12-month program.  However, I don't make you sign a year-long contact.  A 4-month commitment (16 weeks) is required to start the program, but after that time, you can make a decision to stop the program at any point along the journey.  You may wonder why 12 months?  You've probably tried the too much, too fast approach before to lose weight. And let me guess, that got you short-term results and NOTHING long-term.  By focusing on one habit at a time over the course of a year, there's over an 80% chance that you will succeed.  Try to tackle two habits at once, and your chances of success drop drastically--to below 30%!  Plus, throughout the course of the year, I can help you stay on track through holidays, family vacations, and any stressful situation that may pop up.  

In addition, the program incorporates daily workouts into your lifestyle:

Each day, you will have the ability to choose from a menu of 4 options, depending on the time you have available or your ability to get to the gym:

1) The full workout

2) A shortened 30-min version of the workout

3) An at-home version of the workout

4) Doing my own thing (e.g. taking a spin class, hiking, or doing your own workout)

For each individual exercise, on any given day, you also have the ability to choose an appropriate progression (harder) or regression (easier) exercise, based on skill level, injury/pain, or any other need. You can mark off whether you've done the exercise for the day via the habit cards.
